Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Jobs Rare website, applications and related services (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service, and old enough to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction to access any paid features. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Certain features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms are presented to you at checkout and are governed by that checkout flow. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Jobs Rare aggregates job listings from publicly available company career pages and other third-party sources. We do not employ, endorse, or act on behalf of the companies whose roles appear on the Service, and we do not control their hiring processes, decisions, or the accuracy or availability of any listing.

Listings may be incomplete, outdated, or removed by the source at any time. Always verify the details of a role — including compensation, location, requirements and application deadlines — directly with the employer before relying on them or submitting an application. Every application is made directly with the employer; Jobs Rare does not submit applications on your behalf.

The Service includes AI-assisted tools, such as résumé and cover-letter generation and tailoring. These tools produce drafts and suggestions based on the information you provide and the job posting. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, or career advice. You retain responsibility for the content you submit to employers.

You agree not to:

• access the Service through unauthorized means, or attempt to gain access to accounts, systems, or data that are not yours;
• scrape, harvest, crawl, or bulk-download content in a way that harms, overloads, or interferes with the Service or circumvents its limits;
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose, or to transmit malware or harmful code;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that listings are accurate, or that using the Service will result in any interview, offer, or employment outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobs Rare and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
