• Payment data — when you subscribe, payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited billing details and subscription status, but we do not store your full card numbers.

• process subscriptions, billing and related communications;
• power AI features such as résumé tailoring and cover-letter generation;

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the Service is used through analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete, restrict, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Jobs Rare is operated from the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
